Summary:
We are always on the lookout for organized and experienced people to join us as a Service Manager

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the office and shop staff, quality of work and attitude exceed customer expectations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the business ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Direct the smooth, orderly, and organized operation of the shop and office
- Give all customers and staff a positive attitude in all communications
- Ensure all work orders for repair are provided to customers and direct relevant work to technicians
- Ensure all targets, margins and goals are achieved
- Ensure all equipment is fully operational and in good working order
- Ensure technicians have the resources needed to do their job
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, before, during and after service
- Greet every customer that enters our facility positively with respect and enthusiastic
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong working knowledge of the automotive sales industry including luxury vehicles
- Demonstrable knowledge of general automotive repairs and maintenance
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent sales, negotiating and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Understand and keep abreast of the federal, state, and local regulations
