FRANNY

Look at that smile! Franny will give you her famous grin and do a little wiggle when she’s happy and relaxed - which is usually when she’s playing with one of her toys or chilling in a familiar spot with her favorite people. Franny is a shy gal looking for a home where she can settle in at her own pace, and since new places and faces make her a little nervous, she’d love a steady routine and a quieter neighborhood. She would really love her own yard where she can play and romp with her trusted people, and maybe even a friendly and patient doggie friend too.

Could you be Franny’s person? You might be if you’re an experienced dog owner who is willing to take it slow and continue Franny’s training - which will hopefully also involve a game or two of fetch (since her favorite part of school is recess). NATASHA

Natasha is the spunkiest little pup you will ever meet! Need a running buddy? Or want a friend to do agility course practice with? Natasha is your girl! For as peppy as she is, Natasha can be a little introverted when first meeting people. Luckily, there is little that this girl won't do for treats so food will be your best tool for befriending her!

ROCCO

Rocco wants nothing more than to be by your side — whatever you’re doing. “He can be a couch potato, or he can be your fetching buddy at any moment,” says his foster parent.

Rocco is a large pup who adorably forgets his size sometimes, whether greeting you at the door or cuddling in your lap. This big ol’ bundle of joy prefers to avoid other dogs, but give him a squeaky toy or a treat and he’ll be in heaven.

TRACY

Tracy is a beautiful blue-eyed pup that is always on the lookout for new friends! She is eager to find the perfect home and for her that that would be a place with lots of love, patience, and of course yummy treats! It would also be filled with puzzles for her to solve since her busy mind is always looking for something to do (snuffle mats and Kongs are examples of such puzzles).

ORION

Can you believe that face?? Orion is a big, sweet fella who came to PAWS as a puppy with his brother and sister, Oreo and Olga. While all three siblings were quickly adopted, Orion came back to PAWS a few years later after being picked up as a stray far from his Chicago home (thank you microchips!!!).

Since returning to PAWS, it's clear our sweet, gentle giant will need a forever family that will be sensitive to the unknown parts of his past. Despite his brawny exterior, Orion is a shy guy these days, and will need someone who's willing to take it slow with him. We know he lived with another dog before, but stranger-dogs on the street make him a little nervous, too. Cats are especially menacing!
